Participation in Stimulus

All our customers automatically become Stimulus participants and and get points every time a reservation is made at any hotel from the hotel catalog marked with "STIMULUS: numeral1/numeral2" where numeral1 is minimal guaranteed amount of points that you can get when having reserved a room there and numeral2 is amount of points which is equal to the cost for single or double room per one night.
If some of the numerals are absent, it means that in that hotel, you can only get or spend your points.

Point Calculation Order

A count of the customer's points will be tallied monthly.
If there is change in customer's account, he/she will be informed about it by e-mail.
Every customer can also get his/her account information on his personal info page.

Points Realization

The collected points can be used when making an order for a reservation at a selected hotel or partner services (transfer, vip-service, etc.)

Spending Points Procedure

If you want to spend collected points, please make sure the hotel or company-partner can accept them and that the amount of point are sufficient.
When executing an application please specify in the field "Additional information" that the fee is to be partially/entirely paid in accordance with program STIMULUS.
