Reservation is made on the prepaid basis. Payment should be completed 24 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise the application is canceled.
Reservation is held until noon of the day following the day of arrival.
If the time of arrival/departure changes (subject to availability at the hotel) fee will be charged in the following order:
- not more than 2 hours before/after check-in/ check-out time – free of charge (as agreed with the hotel);
- not more than 8 hours and before/after check-in/check-out time – half of the room price a day is charged in accordance with the tariff categories of rooms;
- more than 8 hours and before / after check-out time – full price of the room a day is charged in accordance with the tariff category numbers.
