The original Hotel Kamp opened its doors in November 1887. It was named after its founder, the celebrated restaurateur Carl Kamp. After faithful and extensive restoration, the hotel was re-opened in May 1999. Today the Hotel Kamp is one of the most valued historical buildings in central Helsinki, close to all major cultural sites.
The hotel's guest rooms are luxurious and plushly furnished, and the Restaurant Kamp is the premier restaurant.

It is located in the heart of the city at Pohjoisesplanadi, amid neo-classical architecture, designer shops, verdant parks and within a few minutes walk of the harbor.
